Today, Istrian Malvasia is recognized as the leading white Istrian variety and one of the key Croatian autochthonous varieties. It is a wine with a harmonious structure and a strong body. This Malvasia is extremely fresh and mineral and stands out with its fruitiness and invitation to a glass more. Terraced vineyards on white soil in several locations, from which Malvasia comes, are located at 250-400 meters above sea level. The wine is straw yellow with a green tinge.
